Peer to Peer Learning

Evaluated Performance
At the beginning and end of the programme a simple evaluation helps understand the clear marginal gains. Across the twelve weeks regular feedback is gathered, including from peers, and then shared back for constructive consideration
Senior Leader & Peer Level Mentoring
One to one sessions with appointed senior leaders to allow understanding of what is expected of both sides. Also, chance to talk to recent entrants to the workplace and hear how they have managed to establish themselves
Networking and Community
As a member of the community opportunity exists to talk to others going through the same journey, as well as to seek out those looking for similar career paths to share and learn
Flexible Learning
Each session is delivered virtually as a pre-agreed time but we also recognize that life sometimes gets in the way. If a young adult is not able to make a session we either offer access to a recording or chance to attend the next available session
